OSHA Ready was designed for the small to medium employer who needs to be able to manage all aspects of safety and have the information available at the job site. The Team Members tab was designed to be able to keep track of "employees" as well as "sub contractors" or other "team members" who may not be employees but possibly contractors or independent contractors.
