Written Programs Management

Compliance Ready comes pre-loaded with 11 basic written safety programs.  More will continue to be added periodically.  The safety programs are written by previous OSHA Consultation Inspectors.  These are not just templates, the programs come pre-loaded with your company name inserted throughout the documents. 

 

There are also toolbox talks, and some basic safety forms.  Or you can upload your own unique programs, training, and forms, Safety Data Sheets, invoices, spreadsheets, and other documents to use in the office or out on the job site.  Links to Google maps for job site locations and nearest medical facilities for a truly site specific safety program with just a click.

You can upload Spanish documents for their Spanish speaking employees.

 

This Is just an example of documents which can be uploaded to the OSHA Ready application. This could be an employee handbook, an equipment operator’s manual, a company policy, a parts list, an MSDS or SDS, or any other document, picture, file, PDF, word, excel. Whatever you need to have on file.  Uploading documents is easy with just a few clicks.  Then they are immediately available to the field staff you need to have them.
